You will need to send back a signed copy of this document to us before we can start to send full details of matching nannies. There are 2 ways you can do this:
1. Fax it to 0871 661 8480.
2. Call us and ask us to send you a Self Addressed Return envelope.
Once you have done this we will confirm receipt and start our search keeping you informed of our progress frequently.
