 Our Checklist For All Carers
Checking their references by contacting their referees in person/on the phone.
Checking all their formal details by carrying out the CRB check if they have not got a recent one.
Encouraging them to get further childcare-related knowledge such as First Aid course or a formal qualification.
Understanding the gaps in their CV and making this clear to you.
Capturing their strengths, weaknesses, their character and views on the work with children so that we can match them as closely as possible with the families.

or music which can be an incredible bonus in the development and education of your children. If you are looking for a nanny with a particular skill; a family organizer or a nanny that plays violin; let us know.


We are very happy to provide a home visit
with one of our consultants if you simply want
to spend an hour discussing the process and technicalities of getting a childcarer into your home.

 

 Sometimes the starts are difficult, and usually litle changes can produce a big difference. This is where we are able to step in, if desired, and offer a free post-placement consultation to find bridges and smooth up the lines of communication.
